Dolcetto is a red wine doc, produced in Piedmont with eleven different designations of origin. The differences arise on the basis of the areas of cultivation, which attribuiscno the wine a fragrance and taste different. At one time, it was table wine every day, today, thanks to the selection of the grapes and to modern methods of production, it has become increasingly important to our tables and interest in the markets.   It is a dry wine: His name seems to derive from the sweetness of the hills or the lower Piedmont, or from that of its grapes when they reach full maturity.
