Ingredients: 
400 g rice
1 onion
2 Arneis glasses
oil, broth
parmesan
Preparation: 

In a saucepan, put a little 'oil and chopped onion, fry slowly, when is golden add the rice, stir and then add the Arneis. When the wine is evaporated continue cooking with the addition of broth. When cooked, remove from heat, stir in butter and parmesan cheese and then serve hot.
