1 l. broth
1 l. of white vinegar
salt, pepper, onion
garlic, sage, oil
Preparation: 

Cut the rabbit into small pieces and bone the. Lightly flour the pieces, fry them and put them in a bowl with sage, garlic, salt and pepper as necessary. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade with sautéed onion, sage, garlic and pour over the Favorita, vinegar and broth: bring to a boil for a few minutes. Pour the marinade over fried rabbit still warm, allow to cool and place in refrigerator. Serve cold.
